192.168.0.1 Admin Router Login

192.168.0.1 is default Internet Protocol(IP) Address or Default Gateway IP of many of the WiFi routers available in the market. It is not mandatory that 192.168.0.1 is Default Gateway of your router, it can be some other IP also like 192.168.1.1, 10.0.0.1 etc.

Requirement of 192.168.0.1

One you have installed WiFi router at home or office for internet connection, you need to do some settings to connect to Internet. In most of the cases, first time settings are done by technician of your internet provider. But there has been cases when router settings are reset and internet in not working. To make sure internet is working, you need to configure the settings of your router.

How to access http://www.192.168.0.1

  1. Open Google chrome or any other browser on device which is connected to your Router.
  2. Type http://192.168.0.1 and press enter. Please note do not type http://www.192.168.0.1 as correct address is http://192.168.0.1
  3. If 192.168.0.1 is your default IP address and you are properly connected to your router, it will open Admin panel login page and prompt you to ask Username and Password.
  4. Enter Router Admin username and password to access 
  5. If credentials are successfully validated, you will be navigated to home page of 192.168.0.1 Admin page. You can change settings mentioned above.
